I would like to write to you and let you know what a wonderful employee you have. His name is Peter Bonet and is the manager of your store at: Dante Tuxedos 101 North Rt. 206 Somerville, NJ 08876 We had ordered tuxedos for my wedding at another place. That other place got every tuxedo wrong that we ordered. We had ordered 10 tuxedos. That other place would not get us proper fitting tuxedos for our wedding, which was in 3 days! I called Dante Tuxedos in Somerville and Peter Bonet was who I spoke with. I told him what was going on and asked if he could help us get some tuxedos for my wedding that weekend. He said yes, just everyone into my store today. We did just that and by the next day everyone had really good looking tuxedos that fit properly! First off I must admit I did not want to go to this black tie affair, so I put off the hassle of looking for a tuxedo until the day of the event. I was hoping to use the excuse that no tuxedo was available in my size, therefore I could not go…Wrong!

When I arrived at your Verona Store, I was impressed by the selection of tuxedos and how patient and accommodating the staff was. Their business conduct was so efficient; I was in and out of that store with the tuxedo I wanted and with a “Change of heart”…I couldn’t wait to go to the affair!

I recently rented a tuxedo from your establishment and when I came to pick it up, I needed some alterations. Your assistant manager, Melissa, was there and accommodated my needs in a most professional, experienced, and pleasant manner. I was pleased with her assistance and thought you should know.

Also, upon returning it, I dealt with Anthony Ayala. He, too, was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

All told, my experience with Dante Zeller was without incident and I thought you should know this. Thank you.

Dear Lady “Z”,

I got married this past April 23rd and used Zeller Tuxedo to service my tuxedo needs. The location that I used was the Zeller store on 23rd street between 2nd and 3rd avenues in Manhattan, NY.

As you may know, the process of planning and preparing for a wedding is not an easy one because of the many details and many things that can go wrong. Truthfully, I was worried about the tuxedos because I had been in a couple of wedding parties in the past and there were problems with the tuxedos on each occasion (they did not use Zeller on these occasions). Also, some of my groomsmen were a little larger than your average person but Joe assured me everything would be okay and it was. From the measurements to the final fitting to when I returned the tuxedos, Joe Schmidt and his staff at the E. 23rd street location were courteous, professional and, most of all, helpful and understanding during a very stressful time.

I would not hesitate to use Joe and Zeller again nor would I hesitate I recommending him for future weddings, formal affairs, etc.

Dear Mr. Pietroniro,

I am writing this letter to commend the staff of your 5th Avenue store in Brooklyn, and in particular Mr. Chris Mendella. Recently I was in need of a tuxedo for an out of state wedding. I am disabled and unable to come to the store to try items on for fittings. My mother acted as a go-between and took measurements at his direction from me to the store. Mr. Mendella made what could have been a very difficult task into an easy one. He extended every possible courtesy to my mother and rendered every possible assistance. He offered her items for me to try on, made suggestions as to styles and sizes, and arranged for last minute changes after I was able to try on various parts of the tuxedo. In order to complete the process my mother had to make many telephone calls, and return to the store on numerous occasions. Each time the entire staff of the 5th Avenue store was extremely helpful, courteous and eager to help. Mr. Mendella, in particular, however, truly extended himself. He is the type of employee of which you can be proud, and who projects the image of your company in appositive fashion. I wish to thank all of your employees who helped to make this transaction a success!
